Heroic Event Management Software

Sunday 9 December 2012 0 responses

What seems to go unnoticed by so many is the amount of hours and days some of us go through to pull off different events around the country and the globe. In the old days, when you had to set up for a trade show, it was relative,y simple. There were fold out tables, posters and samples. In the tech world of today, you'd better have a lot more to represent your company than that. If you don't you'll be looked upon as a dinosaur. If it weren't for the practically heroic performance of the new event management software, I'd be sleeping with the dinosaurs.

Yes to SEO Toronto

Saturday 17 November 2012 0 responses

You keep bouncing around from firm to firm. You put your faith in radio and TV ads. You take suggestions from friends and relatives. You hope. You get disappointed over and over again. It's time you stopped looking for short cuts and do some actual due diligence and get a solid hold on what has to be done and who can do it right. I am willing to bet a week's salary that all roads will lead you directly to SEO Toronto. I know this because I was on the same wild goose chase you were on for a long time. Finally I said YES to this fine company.

Some Wedding Decorations

Wednesday 14 November 2012 0 responses

We have all been to at least three or four wedding receptions that could have easily been the exact same one we were at before. The themes people utilize for wedding decorations are all too often replicas we have seen over and over again. My suggestion is, if you are planning a wedding, go to Weddingstar on line and look at hundreds of ideas you probably would never have conjured up by yourself. They will also let you browse through thousands of ideas for favors, garters and many other wedding related items.

Blessed Unity Ceremony

0 responses

There are days that just don't start out right and they give you the feeling that no matter what you do about it, you should have stayed in bed. That's what I felt like last Saturday when I awoke to an odor of gas in my apartment. My first thought was how lucky I was to awaken and not die breathing these fumes. As it turned out it was a passing truck of some street coating material and there was no gas leak. I forced myself to get dressed and attend a neighbors wedding. I almost didn't go. Then I witnessed this blessed unity ceremony at the altar and all was right with the world, once again.

Touching Sand ceremony

Monday 12 November 2012 0 responses

These days with the different approaches occurring at weddings are really touching to me. With hopeful young couples starting their journey together symbolizing them with soulful sand ceremony and candle unity ceremony, I always have something purely romantic to look forward to at the previously mundane ceremonies. Sometimes change is the best way to enjoy what was once bordering boredom. I can only hope that these newly weds find several additional ways to promote new things in their lives, so as to perpetuate their marriage.

Super Wedding cake Toppers

Sunday 11 November 2012 0 responses

Goodbye boring. Hello super interesting. That's the way I feel about all these fabulous new wedding cake toppers. The bland standing bride and groom looking so alienated atop the tiered cake have decided to make a statement as opposed to being run of the mill bystanders. Now you just don't know what to expect when you see the cake displayed in the reception hall. Previously, very few even paid attention to the cake.Recently, I have been hearing guests buzzing about what they thought the topper might be. It adds a whole new dimension to the wedding celebration.

Peaceful Wedding Decorations

0 responses

It was definitely another case proving that less could most certainly be more. I have been to all too many affairs, mostly weddings, that are put on more as a competition than focusing on the subject at hand. Wedding decorations are sometimes so incredibly garish that the sentiment of the moment is entirely overshadowed and lost. This is why I so thoroughly enjoyed the experience at my wife's nephew's wedding last week. The subtle and peaceful decor offered a relaxing yet extremely emotional impression on us as well, I am sure, all the other guests.

Nifty Personalized Napkins

0 responses

I remember the first time I saw the use of personalized napkins. I thought to myself that they were really nifty. It was pretty cool to see that something as common as a napkin was treated in such a way as to make every facet of the wedding be special. I really appreciate when people go the extra mile. It says something about what they think of others and how everything in life has value. They also had beautifully engraved wedding flutes that stood out and reinforced my feeling of appreciation of there extended efforts.

Our Weddding Guest Book

Wednesday 31 October 2012 0 responses

If there is one memento from our long ago wedding that my wife and I treasure more than any other, it is our wedding guest book. Nothing comes close to the significance contained in those pages. Til this day, we often take it off the bookshelf and sit back with a glass of wine and reminisce over the friends and family who lovingly signed those pages. The funny thing is that mo matter how many times we read those names, we always find one or two that we can't recall being at the reception. I can't attest that we aren't having senior members since people used to crash weddings in those days.

Whew! Wedding Garters

0 responses

I would have to say that I have been to at least three different wedding receptions where the guests wound up rolling on the floors in very destructive melees. In each case the brawl began during or right after the ceremonial peeling off of the wedding garters. Somehow rather descriptive comments arose regarding the location of the garters that didn't sit well with the family members of the bride. I must say the combination of alcoholic beverages and suggestive rituals perform a perfect storm for controversy. Fortunately, at each instance I kept my presence at a safe distance.

Super Wedding Favors

0 responses

I always considered wedding favors to be more of an annoyance than a gift. Admittedly, I definitely can be annoying myself. I am trying to say that the items usually are rather useless but you have to be seen leaving the reception with them or you appear to , what you really are, ungrateful. The last wedding I attended, however, went a long way in changing my position on the favors. They were these very attractive and useful wine corkers that I happen to have a real need for. Somehow (please don't ask) I got home and found four of them in my jacket pocket in lieu of the two I was supposed to have.

Fun Disaposable Wedding Cameras

0 responses

I certainly recall when they first appeared on the seen. I also recall that I immediately thought the use of disposable wedding cameras was the best idea I had ever seen used at a reception. The other thing I remember is that quite a few guests didn't  know they were supposed to leave the cameras at the table to be collected by the new couple. Since it was a good friend's wedding I was recruited to contact all the guests to help retrieve the cameras. Because of my efforts, I was permitted to sit in on the viewing after the film was developed. I can't remember having more fun.

Unity Candle Ceremony

0 responses

I go far enough back to remember when the wedding ceremonies were the same time after time. I probably witnessed nothing distinctive at the altar for at least thirty years. It is a breath of fresh air to see the thought and creativity put into the matrimonial sequence these days. From the unity candle ceremony to the colorful  sand ceremony, the sacrament appears to have so much more sentiment and heartfelt meaning.  I live individuality as opposed to the robotic path these weddings used to be like. New is good, old gets old.

New Wedding Favor Bags

I am a sucker for innovation. As soon as some new idea appears on the market, I'm waving my credit card after it. I probably could be diagnosed with some disorder or other. To let you know how bad it is becoming, I actually ordered these new wedding favor bags on line. The weird thing is that I am not planning a wedding. I guess when they arrive I'll have to wait for a friend or relative to send me a wedding invitation and I'll offer the bags to them. Then again, what if the bags don't coincide with the theme of the wedding? In any case, they really are quaint.

Wedding Invitations

I often wonder how many wedding invitations are ordered and never used. I also  had the experience of actually receiving a wedding invitation on a Tuesday and the wedding was called off on Thursday of the same week. It sets you off to trying to decipher what could have changed the mind of one or the other to make such a drastic decision. I think about the parents and families of the couple and the complications that follow. The only saving grace would be if they could at least recover the deposits for the church, the reception hall, the flowers etc. I know there had to be some heavy duty emotions involved.

This is one of the many reasons Weddingstar takes great pride in the array of flower girl baskets. As one of their proudest product lines they are aware of the great pleasure this tradition represents. All you need do is see the gleam in the eyes of all the guests as they take in the sweetness of the occasion.

The frame of mind of the people is the most important factor in recovery. The attitude of the lenders must give cause for hope and help the actions of the people flourish.

I don't know exactly what techniques for peacemaking that they employ, but I keep telling them they should write a couples manual and spread the knowledge. I am on the brink of bringing in a very large client who could make the future of my company almost guaranteed. I do, however, need the funding to set up what this client needs. I am hoping that if I can show a signed contract it will be enough to have me qualify for a loan.

There is no doubt that we are a sick nation and the ailments won't disappear on their own. We need healthy alternatives to commence the healing. Unsecured small business loans would certainly be a major step in the right direction. Don't you agree?

New Dental Practice For Sale

Wednesday 24 October 2012 0 responses

found it to be very curious to see a practically brand new dental practice for sale. Why would people go through the arduous  trouble of setting up such an intricate operation only to turn around and sell it right away. I had no intention to buy it or even know anyone who would, but my curiosity got the best of me and I had to find out what was up. Don't ask me why I got this involved, I can't really give you a solid answer. The truth was that I was just plain being nosy. As it turned out,  the dentist who was supposed to practice there was involved in a terrible auto accident and his dexterity was challenged, leaving him unable to ply his trade.

One of my favorite, yet haunting, adages is "a word to the wise is sufficient." I was the owner of a small plumbing service company about ten years ago. I decided to sell it by myself. I later learned that I gave it away and should have consulted with a broker as to its value. Yesterday, I heard that my brother was selling his dental practice so I immediately advised him to contact a professional and obtain a dental practice valuation.

Whoever wrote the software was either behind the time in the technology or simply not adept. My little old grandma informed them about Right Click and they now have the best senior living software installed in their system and are thrilled with it's performance.

The most advantageous thing that could happen to any entity, whether it be business or otherwise, would to become generic in the mind of the public. In the another sense, I would recognize this as branding which has become the catch word in all types of advertising these days. You see this every day in different products like Coke or Vaseline or Corn Flakes.

Looking at Used Cars in Irving

I don't care who it is, just about every person who walks into a used car dealership wishes they were invisible and could browse uninterrupted. Believe it or not there is an outfit called Auto USA that I visited while looking at used cars in Irving, Texas that had the most professional and respectful staff of any dealer I have ever been to. In addition they offered the most uncomplicated and attractive financing ever. I couldn't believe how enjoyable the process was when I purchased my late model vehicle there last spring.

Why spend $700 on a new one when you can get one a year or two old for less than half the price. Cars on the other hand seem to be a bit more risky to most  people.  This is one area where I differ from most. The first time I went for such a line, my belief was to get as much as possible and fill my coffers. After accounting for the costs and the unrealistic sense of having a ton of cash at my disposal, I realized it would actually be much more prudent to have a lower figure to deal with. We are all human and having too much too soon has proven to be a disaster in many arenas, whether it be the spoiled little rich kid or the habitual shopper. Trust me and ask for less than your first instinct, build a history of serving it perfectly so when the day comes that you really  need more, it will be easily available.

New Small Business Loans

The new breed of small business loans is upon us. Back in a day, my small farm supply business was the recipient of the first SBA (Small Business Administration) loan issued by this bank in Van Nuys, Ca. We were basically pioneers for the area. We were so closely monitored and literally harassed by hundreds of onlookers for months. I started to wish we had never applied. The bank ordered quarterly audits which resulted in enormous accounting bill that were so dear that we could have made four monthly payments on the loan had they not been necessary. I finally convinced an SBA official that the audit fees would lead toward our missing payments and he discontinued them. I hope the new loans outside the government restraints go more smoothly.

We have to have a business plan that will spell out the hows and whys it will work. Just throwing a shingle on a door won't cut it. Businesses take time to form and need time to generate the revenue to be self sufficient much less profitable. I see all forms of financing ending up as merely being working capital.

Fruitful Unsecured Business Loans

We often tell our children that there really is no such thing as a money tree when they ask for trivial things. As we get involved in day to day business, we begin to realize that at least in a symbolic way there is a tree. This tree must be nurtured and watered or there will be no leaves. These leaves may be regarded as dollars. If you do the work, the tree grows and the leaves multiply and will bear seeds which will perpetuate more trees. And so it goes in the world of business. This is the essential theory in unsecured business loans. The lenders help you water the tree and your interest payments add to their growth. It's something similar to the circle of life.

He witnessed his sister and mother being killed in a forest as the three of them sought refuge.  Two decades later, he had become one of our nation's largest sweater manufactures and also one of our most respected art collectors and sponsor of the arts. It really would be a fabulous time for trust and confidence to begin to replace fear and skepticism Given the right tools, America will make it happen just as we have several times before. We do however, have to be more careful on our monitoring of our manipulative money tricksters. It is apparent that there will always be those that seek gimmickry and sneaky ways to separate us from our dollars. These characters are so creative at the shell game that we must remain on our toes.

Unsecured Business Lines of Credit

I have been wracking my brain trying to understand how our supposedly austere Security Exchange Commission could allow the Bernie Madoffs and the Mortgage mongers take us on such a downhill slope. I only pray that there were no payoffs. Although I sometimes think we'd be better off if there were. It might prove that the system wasn't that broken. We need to have guarantees that a disaster like what happened to the real estate market, never happens again. The one sign I see that attempts to show the return of faith in the people is the appearance of unsecured business lines of credit. Let's show we deserve the display of confidence.

Unsecured Business Line of Credit

If there were one area of change that could hasten the economic recovery, it would have to be the climate of the lenders warming up and loosening the knotted purse strings. The feeling of many people is that the people of American small businesses are tremendously creative and would definitely expand the job market if they had the capital to do so. We are beginning to hear about some of us obtaining an unsecured business line of credit. Kudos to those that are restoring their faith in the dynamic of the entrepreneurs that made this country flourish for centuries. No risk, no gain is definitely applicable here.

Bathroom Renovations Vancouver

Who would ever think that the highlight of my summer vacation would have anything to do with bathroom renovations Vancouver. The situation presented itself when my older brother and I visited our 88 year old aunt in Canada and noticed she was upset at the condition of the guest bathroom. She wanted to have it updated for some time according to our mom. Before we got there we secretly ordered some materials and had them delivered to her friendly neighbor. We had our mom take our aunt on a three day excursion in BC and went to work. The look on her face when she was returned and saw the renovation was just about the biggest reward we could ever want for our efforts.

Generator Testing

When i read about the jobs situation I go back in my mind and realize the significance of the meaning of the word "million." We toss it around like it's a baseball or football score. The hard truth is that these numbers are devastating for a nation as proud and productive as ours. I don't care if the job is sweeping a garage or generator testing, there must be some way people can find to put food on the table and keep the roof over their heads. It sickens me with fear and disgust that we have come so far and yet are subject to the greed and avarice of those sub-human pigs who pushed us into this abyss with no respect or concern other than their personal gain. You know who I'm talking about.

EV Testing

Has anyone stopped to consider what effect the advent of electric cars will have on the job market. With government regulations forcing higher and higher fuel efficiency on auto manufacturers, we will certainly be seeing more and more battery powered vehicles. So, what do we do with the couple of million mechanics that are working today? They will have to be retrained in jobs like EV testing and whatever these new technologies require. I don't see this as being a readily viable option. I fear will see another rise in unemployment and yet another dilemma for our nation. Surely there are immense benefits to electric cars, but it wouldn't hurt to manage the transition wisely.

It seems the wave or the trend is to shop for just about anything on line these days. You can look for everything from nylon stockings to unsecured business lines of credit. The brick and mortar days are quickly disappearing. I don't know what's growing faster, the online sales or the delivery services. Pretty soon we will be entering the Yule season and I'm wondering if the retailers that are on line will be playing carols like the department stores always do. There certainly will be a big void in our lives when the buildings close up. Even though we complain about the snow, the traffic, the parking and the hordes, My guess is we'll miss it all terribly.

Unsecured Business Line of Credit

Fairy tales can come true, it can happen to you..........  Believe it or not, some lending institutions are doling out an unsecured business line of credit every day to some very fortunate people. I'm not too sure if you must be donned in a white robe and sandals or simply taking a stroll across your local pond to qualify for this tool. My guess is you'd better be squeaky clean before you even think about it. It's not every day that you come upon easy money. Usually you have to pledge at least your first born to secure a loan of any kind these days. I see no harm in looking into this product. Just don't get you hopes up too high.

There are so many things going on in the world each and every day. We are totally oblivious to most of them because we walk around with our thoughts focused on only what we think has an immediate effect on us.The hot dog vendor on a corner of Manhattan is concerned with how many dogs he will move. The cab drive in Toledo is trying to estimate his tip. When was the last time you were wondering about the roof on a building? The guy working for a Dallas roofing company notices them all the time. The point is that we all are, each and every one of us, guilty of having special interests.

Well as reality would have it, here I am with my shoes shined, my tie straight and enough cologne to fill a small fuel tank. Yep! I am questing my status in that drawer. I am selling used cars in Arlington Texas. I do however attend night classes ans intend to build that fortune no matter how long it takes.

Take a deep breath....while you can. If the manufacturer's of this world don't drop the greed and start cleaning op their acts, we are in for hell on earth. They can't go on being driven by profit alone. They must come to the realization that nature's clock is ticking and time is quickly running out. If they don't do something at least similar to the green printing effort by Metro Fine Printers, we will all be cooked. It really isn't that shocking that they chose to ignore the warning signs. After all billions of cigarettes are sold and smoked every day. In addition, hundreds of million of gallons of alcohol are also consumed with or without the awareness of the damage being done.

Here we are at my nephew's wedding. The long awaited time has come (he's pushing forty). The right woman finally got him to the altar. It just so happens that I lost a wager with my wife. I would have bet anything that this day would never come. Win some. Lose some. In an attempt to recoup my losses, I bet her that my nephew would act exremely conservative and float through the evening practically unnoticed and the affair would prove to be a bit blaze'. As it turned out, I was about to double my losses when I took a gander of of the cake. He selected one of the wedding cake toppers that humorously depicted his bride lassoing him and dragging him to the nuptials. The attendees at the event took the lead and it became a raucous party.

It actually caused some relatives to leave a lot earlier than they should have.

He said he had permission as well as access to some of the costumes andsets  from a cancelled production of a Smurf adventure with live actors. Money is expressed in many terms but it is money that is the stimulous for every function in this nation. Money  is the essential in any economy, or there is no economy. Funny thing is we all know we will prevail. Why don't we accept it and move on?

One of the more difficult areas of pricing a business for sale is that of all professional operations that can not be evaluated by inventory or hard assets. It takes precise knowledge of the emotional and goodwill factors to come anywhere near close to estimating these values/ Take dental practice valuation for example. Its value is far more dependent on the patient list's factors. There are age factors, location factors and things like referrals to other family members. The list goes on and on. Obviously it takes a highly proficient company to be able to realistically come up with the right price for the seller as well as the buyer.

B2B Telemarketing

In the early days of "phone sales" it was practically automatic that sharp- tounged solicitors would cold call every thing from homes to Fortune 500 companies to push their wares. Fortunately for the public at large, this industry has evolved to a more reputable and sophisticated stage known now as "b2b telemarketing." When you hire them on to procure sales for your operation, they extensively train each individual agent to represent you in the utmost professional way. Their use of market knowledge and demographics prove to be a tremendously successful addition to your marketing needs.

Green Printing

It was pretty funny that when I first heard the term "green printing" I thought it was referring to ST. Patrick's day. I figured it went right along with green beer and Erin Go Bragh! I was however, pleased to find out that there was a company out there that actually cared enough about the environment to take the action that they they did. For someone to convert their entire operation to being non toxic was no small feat. This is particularly amazing since it was a printing business thet did this. My big green hat goes off to them.

Vancouver Renovations

0 responses

I don't mean to come across as narrow minded or overly one-pointed but my life has been so dominated by supporting the arts that I am beginning to question my very own existence. Our family has been having Vancouver renovations done on our home in BC and all I keep being concerned about is the work being done at the Art center. My daughter can't believe that a person as picky as myself isn't hovering over the contractors at home in lieu of all the hours I spend at the center. I must admit that she has a more than valid point.

FreshLoc Technologies

When I heard a nurse at my uncle's bedside discussing the way the hospital has such pinpoint control  over the temperature for so many different areas, I was impressed. It seems that they have implemented a system from FreshLoc Technologies that uses a state of the art monitoring system to remotely control every area. She went on to explain that they do this with wireless sensors and sevice all types of clients from meat lockers to hotels. I was floored when she said that they now control over ten million thermostats simultaneously. Can you imagine?

Keep a watch out for everything and anything receiving some software to be improved. For example, it never occurred to me that there was so much room for improvement in the area of senior care and senior living software. It wasn't until I came upon Right Click, while visiting my great aunt at her senior residence community, that I realized how much more their software could do when it came to organizing the many responsibilities at these senior care facilities. I am now trying to think of what the next area of surprise will be when it comes to enhancing a software program.

Janitorial Services Dallas

I was really getting frustrated with the office cleaning people in my building. Being a tenant, I didn't have the authority to fire them. After struggling with their ignoring all of my requests for three months, I finally went to the owners of the building and gave an ultimatum of my leaving if I couldn't get a different service. I looked on line for janitorial service Dallas and discovered wonderful comments about a company called Valor. I passed it on to the owners. They have been thanking me ever since. It feels like a brand new environment to work in since they took over.

Used Cars in Irving

0 responses

For years upon years, I was in the habit of buying a new car 2-3 times in a decade. Each and every time I got upset when I was told the trade in value of the older vehicle. One day I decided to look for used cars in Irving, while visiting an old friend. I stumbled upon Auto Usa and ended up with the best vehicle purchase I had ever made. They stock cars that range from 5 years old and newer. I finally allowed someone else to take the depreciation and got a car that looked like it just came off the production line. I sprayed the interior with "New Car Smell" and drove off a happy guy.

I was travelling cross country in my old '72 clunker when I rememberd my father-in-law mentioning that he bought a used car in Texas a few years ago from a  place called Auto USA. He said he was skeptical because he was working there temporarily and wouldn't be able to bring it back there if anything happened to it. It turned out that they were the easiest people in the world to deal with. He also said the same car would have cost two thousand more if he had purchased it in California. What else is new? I went ahead and bought a car there myself and six months later I am glad I did.

Variety is the Spice of Life

Saturday 9 June 2012 0 responses

If you ever want to meet a person who is absolutely a neat freak, you must meet my cousin. He has been married twice and both times, he has driven his wives crazy with organization. He invited us over to their home while we were on a visit on the east coast. His house was absolutely perfect right from the ride up the clean and immaculate driveway into their home. The home was so well appointed and everything whispered, I took great pains to make sure it looked just like this. I was totally impressed. But, when he showed us the kitchen, I really went crazy. I couldn't help myself, I started laughing so hard, I had tears coming out of my eyes and my tummy hurt. He had so many ways of being organized that were truly so artistic and creative. He had spice racks for just those spices that he used all the time. Then he had a wall spice rack with just herbs, most of them which he prided in saying, "those are from our garden and we dried them out ourselves." He really knew how to give you the feeling that he was so in control of his life just by looking at his kitchen spice racks. The visit was truly warm and wonderful.

When I got home, I opened my pantry, looked at my spices in all the different containers, jars and bottles and decided to get my life in order too. So, I bought myself some wonderful kitchen spice racks at spiceracksource.com. They have a marvelous display that makes it fun in selecting from their wide variety. It was pretty inspiring. Funny how doing a little thing like this can make you feel so great. It was a little piece of the puzzle put in place. My life on track has started and I'm in control. What a joy! I now love opening the pantry and seeing everything so organized. I love cooking and finding all of my spices so easily. Makes me feel like I should - wonderful!

Unsecured Start Up Business Loans

Friday 1 June 2012 0 responses

I don't know about you but when I was about 18 years old, I remember people discussing personal loans. The deal seemed to always hinge on whether or not you had collateral to back up the amount you wanted to borrow. It appeared that if you had means you could borrow. If you needed means, you couldn't borrow. I didn't come across the antithesis to this enigma until my forties when I heard about unsecured start up business loans I thought to myself "now your talking." I immediately applied for one and got turned down. I can't tell you how dismayed I was. I later learned that had I gone with a loan broker like Hawkeye Management, I more than likely would have secured a loan. Live and learn certainly applies here.

It couldn't have come at a better time. I think if I got any kind of a loan a year or two ago, the interest rate probably would have buried me. Now that rates are more and more reasonable, I really have a chance of making this little distribution business of mine work. It must be a sign that the econmy is improving. I don't think the lenders want to get caught up in the havoc loose credit caused just a short time ago.

A New Scope Mount

It is a bit of an annoyance at first but when you realize how important and proficient the subtle changes are, you appreciate the options. It reminds me of the folk tale out of the Ukraine. The woman walks into the butcher and the clerk behind the counter asks " Do you want the sausage or the sausage?" I guess we should be thankful for the competitive nature of capitalism.

Try Unsecured Business Loans

Sunday 27 May 2012 0 responses

I am not convinced that unsecured business loans are the answer to the acceleration of our economic recovery. What if they get out of hand in a way similar to the cavalier way home loans were given out? It could possibly lead to a deepening of the recession, if not a depression. I am not saying they wouldn't be very helpful to the deserving businesses. I am simply saying that caution is advised. If they are going to help, they must be much better administrated than the home loans were. Properly handled, they can be extremely constructive and create millions of jobs. I say we try them, but we watch them very, very carefully. May a word to the wise be sufficient.

He did, however, advise that I consult with a loan brokerage house to assist in any applications I might have in mind.

Condos in Las Vegas

Five years ago I was involved with a marketing company based in Las Vegas. I had to attend several meetings over a four day span. The meetings took up only a portion of the days hours. I decided to venture off and sample the daily lifestyle there as opposed to becoming a casino rat. They were building this very promisng project called Turnberry Towers. I became thoroughly intrigued by how they would turn out. I almost made a pre-completion offer on one of the units. Since then, condos in Las Vegas have come down somewhat in value. I guess I might have lost a bit of equity back then. Nonetheless, I am ready now to go forward with an offer on one of these spectacular residents.

I remember when I first (and last) mowed a lawn. It was intensely excrutiating. I vowed to never do it again. I told my wife I would work the extra hours at the office to pay for a gardener. So I worked half a day every Saturday to avoid a half hour of mowing. It has always been my dream to buy one of those Las Vegas High Rise Condos so I would never face any type of yard work or roof repairs or anything remotely connected to home maintenance. After seeing the Turnberry Towers, I think I finally convinced my wife to do it.

Sell a Home Fast in Dallas

One thing I am having great difficulty with is the home values in Dallas. It seems, someone once asked "How can I sell a home fast in Dallas?" more than likely someone responded "lowball it." This is such a super city in such a great state. I don't get why you get so much cluck for your buck there. Could it be that the people are just honest and don't want to gouge each other? Or is it that the residential market was over built? All I can say is that the quality of life in Dallas is second to none and it will always remain a bit of a mystery to me why their homes are so resaonable.
