How did we let things get so far out of hand? Didn't we have the slightest clue that our homes couldn't go up 25% a year forever? Once again the old "Head in the sand" trick didn't work. Are we really that naive? Apparently so. We are now crippled with debt and struggling to keep afloat. I guess it's true that history keeps repeating itself. There is no doubt that we are a sick nation and the ailments won't disappear on their own. We need healthy alternatives to commence the healing. Unsecured small business loans would certainly be a major step in the right direction. Don't you agree?
