Keep a watch out for everything and anything receiving some software to be improved. For example, it never occurred to me that there was so much room for improvement in the area of senior care and senior living software. It wasn't until I came upon Right Click, while visiting my great aunt at her senior residence community, that I realized how much more their software could do when it came to organizing the many responsibilities at these senior care facilities. I am now trying to think of what the next area of surprise will be when it comes to enhancing a software program.
