We often tell our children that there really is no such thing as a money tree when they ask for trivial things. As we get involved in day to day business, we begin to realize that at least in a symbolic way there is a tree. This tree must be nurtured and watered or there will be no leaves. These leaves may be regarded as dollars. If you do the work, the tree grows and the leaves multiply and will bear seeds which will perpetuate more trees. And so it goes in the world of business. This is the essential theory in unsecured business loans. The lenders help you water the tree and your interest payments add to their growth. It's something similar to the circle of life.
