It is that time of the year when workers begin looking forward to the holidays and especially their anticipated bonuses. They are not concerned with any financial difficulties your company may be having. They want goodies and they want them soon. It would be a wise thing to be aware of in your realm of employee engagement to make them aware of as soon as possible if you can not meet their expectations. From my prospective,  bad news plays out better early than late. At least they won't run out and build up debt when there will be no cash to settle it. Take a word from the wise, I have been there.
