Try Unsecured Business Loans

Sunday, 27 May 2012 0 responses

I am not convinced that unsecured business loans are the answer to the acceleration of our economic recovery. What if they get out of hand in a way similar to the cavalier way home loans were given out? It could possibly lead to a deepening of the recession, if not a depression. I am not saying they wouldn't be very helpful to the deserving businesses. I am simply saying that caution is advised. If they are going to help, they must be much better administrated than the home loans were. Properly handled, they can be extremely constructive and create millions of jobs. I say we try them, but we watch them very, very carefully. May a word to the wise be sufficient.

Did I Hear Unsecured Business Lines of Credit?

0 responses

I thought for certain I had an ample amount of wax to be removed from my ears. I could have sworn I heard someone say that banks were actually offering unsecured business lines of credt. Of course, I must have been mistaken. Just to verify I was wrong, I called a friend that listens to the same radio station and asked what he heard. Awe and shock set in when he stated that I heard right. Some of the big banks were taking the initiative and going out on a limb offering such things. He did, however, advise that I consult with a loan brokerage house to assist in any applications I might have in mind.

Condos in Las Vegas

0 responses

Five years ago I was involved with a marketing company based in Las Vegas. I had to attend several meetings over a four day span. The meetings took up only a portion of the days hours. I decided to venture off and sample the daily lifestyle there as opposed to becoming a casino rat. They were building this very promisng project called Turnberry Towers. I became thoroughly intrigued by how they would turn out. I almost made a pre-completion offer on one of the units. Since then, condos in Las Vegas have come down somewhat in value. I guess I might have lost a bit of equity back then. Nonetheless, I am ready now to go forward with an offer on one of these spectacular residents.

Beautiful Las Vegas Luxury Condos

After visiting The Turnberry Towers last fall. I simply can not rest until I bring my family there to see if they reach the same level of excitement I experienced from them. The real estate recession has made these masterpiece residents come within my economic range of affordability. To tell the truth, the pricing makes me feel like I could steal one of these beautiful Las Vegas luxury Condos. My wife and kids tell me I am becoming annoying with my rambling on about them. I finally got them to agree to join me on a return trip to the Towers. I am totally confident they will succumb to the allure, just as I did.

Las Vegas High Rise Condos

Being a somewhat less than industrious type (maybe even lazy). At times, being less than energetic can be quite difficult. It takes a great deal of creativity to avoid the daily tasks in life. I remember when I first (and last) mowed a lawn. It was intensely excrutiating. I vowed to never do it again. I told my wife I would work the extra hours at the office to pay for a gardener. So I worked half a day every Saturday to avoid a half hour of mowing. It has always been my dream to buy one of those Las Vegas High Rise Condos so I would never face any type of yard work or roof repairs or anything remotely connected to home maintenance. After seeing the Turnberry Towers, I think I finally convinced my wife to do it.

Wireless Temperature Monitoring

Just as I expected, they are finding an endless number of uses for the "cloud." Companies like FreshLoc out of Dallas are now using the "cloud" for wireless temperature monitoring. Can you imagine that out there in cyberspace there is an entity incredibly and accurately monitoring the temperature in hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants and numerous other places with unsurpassed precision. They can probably cook a roast in your oven or get your bath water just so. I don't know where all of this technology will end or if it ever will.I hope I live long enough to watch them actually beam up Scotty.

I don't want to appear to be totally self serving, but I am really getting excited at the possibility of moving to Las Vegas since properties have become more affordable there. Take the magnificent 45 story Turnberry Towers. I can't believe my dream of owning one of the super luxurious Las Vegas condos can actually become a reality. My brother-in-law tried to convince my wife and me to move there while they just finished building them in 2008. I never even looked at the prices. I automatically figured they were out of my league. Now here I am packing to go there to make an offer. Life is good.

Sell a Home Fast in Dallas

0 responses

One thing I am having great difficulty with is the home values in Dallas. It seems, someone once asked "How can I sell a home fast in Dallas?" more than likely someone responded "lowball it." This is such a super city in such a great state. I don't get why you get so much cluck for your buck there. Could it be that the people are just honest and don't want to gouge each other? Or is it that the residential market was over built? All I can say is that the quality of life in Dallas is second to none and it will always remain a bit of a mystery to me why their homes are so resaonable.

Sell My Home Fast in Dallas

Big "D" my oh, yes. That's what I'm talking about.I asked a friend, who lived in Ft. Worth, how I could sell my home fast in Dallas. He said I should tell everybody that a former Dallas Cowboy once lived there. I responded that I could never tell a lie like that. He asked what kind of lie I would tell. After a few laughs, we got serious and he told me about a ten year old real estate company called "My Fast Home Buyers,Inc." It sounded a bit cute to me. I thought he was pulling my leg. The truth is I looked into their reputaion on line and asked a bit around town about them. Sure enough, they made a great impression on many clients.

Fun Side by Sides

I know people buy side by sides for specific work requirements and they provide great service. I keep viewing them as a recreational vehicle. I just love their versatility and zipping around capability. I come from a part of the country where people treat their equipment like a family member. In my family, the side by sides are as important as the first born. My three brothers and two sisters and I all have one. As a matter of fact, my one brother has two. We have spent many a fun packed weekend racing and competing in all kinds of games with them.

If you are anywhere near the Dallas/Ft Worth area and you are interested in a roofing job from concrete tile to frisco roofing, you are reading the right blog. JNT is the most reputable and experienced company in the field. They have brought roofing to an art form. When I was a kid, I remember the offensive odor and disgusting appearance of the hot tar trucks that roamed the neighborhoods. They were just about the only method of repair available. The industry has since evolved to become more and more creative with a myriad of roofing options.

Furniture Retail Software

While visiting the community performing arts center this week, it dawned on me that I had a solution to an age old problem they have been having. They exist more on donations than they do gate proceedings. Because of this they are always fiscally accountable to the sponsors. They put in way too many hours accounting for their stage props and costumes and all things related to creating the numbers on stage. It occurred to me that the furniture retail software used in the furnishings business would be a natural remedy for them. I immediately sent out an email to all the benefactors and we raised the funds. They have shown great appreciation to all of the patrons.

Simple Wedding Cake Toppers

I can't believe what is going on. Every wedding you go to nowadays is like a competition to have the most ridiculous figurines atop yur cake. Whatever happened to the simple wedding cake toppers that respectfully represented the happy couple? They were either looking into each other's eyes or in a waltz movement. Now they're on motorcycles, horses, sky-diving or whatever else. I guess many old traditions are slipping away from us. It would seem that those of us that revered them and follow them must loosen the reins and face the facts. Times they are a-chang'n.

The most welcome business news I have read about in ages is the advent of green printing by a very community conscience outfit out of BC. To see people take the initiative on their own to make the world a better place for all of us is very inspiring. By sucking it up at their own expense and reducing the toxicity their processes formerly had produced, Metro Fine Printing set an example for industry world-wide to reach the level of putting humanity and the environment before the dollar. It is this kind of action that will help our planet heal.

Also the concept of improving the efficiency of all their operations would give them some of their lives back. One of them had three sons in little league over the past decade and never attended even one game. They were thrilled that I was able to assist them in this way and now have a full time IT person overseeing all the stores.

Who would ever have thought, just a few years ago, that we would be loooking to wedding cake toppers as a source of interest whenever we were invited to a wedding? The old standard was the bride in a white gown and the groom in a tux giving their vows atop the the tiers. Now each wedding has an added dimension, since couples are being so creative with the toppers. One thing great about capitalistic countries is that innovation is ever-present. Every day, someone finds a new product and a new way to market it. People are always willing to spend on the latest trend. Newly weds are certainly no exception.

Well, well, I couldn't decide whether I was in the Bahamas or Margaritaville. From the steel band music to the salt on the rim of my glass, I was in a tropical paradise and I didn't want to catch a flight back home. They had all these resort type desserts in addition to the wedding cake. I thought I died and went to heaven. I had to check my pulse four or five times. Believe me, this was the best wedding I have ever attended.

I am one of those people that has a very difficult time visualizing large volume. When discussions come up involving the millions or worse billions, my head spins. A friend once asked me to estimate how many toothpicks a forty-five foot semi could carry. I stared into space for a moment and replied, "a lot." I recently was made aware of the volume of certain liquid pesticides that are around the country. I tried to visualize this gigantic tote mixer on the floor of a manufacturing plant. All I could come up with in my mind was a picture of the Wonka Chocolate Factory. You all know the scenes of the flowing chocolate and weird contraptions. What can I say? I'm probably not the only one who needs help. Am I?

While all the other kids her age were pulling their moms toward the toy department, she was standing mesmerized in the staionery area, staring at the binders. Her room has an entire wall wide bookshelf filled with them. Many of them are filled with her drawings and family photos. I know it seems strange, but it's harmless and cute. I can think of a lot worse things collected by toddlers, specially some of the things little boys bring home.

Wedding Decorations

Art can be represented in a million ways. One very common way is in the creation of wedding decorations. When taken seriously it can create a mood like nothing else. The matrimonial feeling can be very emotional to some. Especially the mother and father of the bride who almost always tear up as soon as they see the reception hall. The groom's parent are also known to well up. I have great respect for those who design these decorations and create a desired theme for the wedding couple. They almost always have very little time to accomplish such an important feat.

Non-profits are never without a struggle to survive. In a society that speaks so highly of charitable and community minded organizations, the hypocracy of the public is despicable. Certainly, there are a few who give unselfishly, but we must admit, they are usually of such extensive means that they either find tax relief in giving or have so much wealth the donation is unnoticed. I don't mean to be such a cynic, but the record supports my suspicions. When was the last time you heard of a non-profit recieving one of your bank's unsecured business loans? To the rare pure of heart out there who give for the art of giving, please forgive me.

Vancouver Interior Design

Sometimes you have a picture in your mind when it comes to creating a motif for a room or place to display art or whatever. This setting is so imbedded in your mind that you simply can't settle for anything but your vision. I was at a home deco show in Vancouver a few years back and this company that did Vancouver interior design had an exhibit of their exceptional work that I can never forget. I know I took some photos of their display, but I can't find them. I guess I'll have to make another trip up there to find out their name and try to persuade them to travel to my gallery to do their thing.
